What's new in MS PowerPoint 2010?
Really not much. Actually the main difference is the ribbon, which was presented in the 2007 version and makes an improved user interface, and the relevancy to PowerPoint is especially in the improved options for adding nice graphic effects (shadows, 3d effects and more) to your objects and texts.
They replaced the slides "designs" from version 2003 with something called "themes", which actually work exactly the same, but are in my opinion less visually attractive.
There are improvements in the security and protection of your presentations (making it harder for others to make undesired modifications to it).
One thing that I like is the ability to save the slides and presentations in PDF file format (read by "Adobe Acrobat Reader").
Although minor differences from the former version, this is still with no doubt the best program for creating and presenting presentations.
