Find the missing number in this game of recognizing patterns.
Once you hit start, you will be presented with four boxes – three containing a number and one without, and it’s up to you to work out what number should be in that box based on the sequence. So if you had 2, 4, a blank box and 8, the answer would be six as it was increasing by two each time.
The numbers are of up to double-digit figures, and the sequence can run down in size as well as up. It makes this online exercise useful for first and second grade kids.
Get a question wrong, and it will tell you what the right sequence should have been, and the activity keeps track of how many answers you got right – see if you can get 100 per cent right!
